Prode.io is a predictions platform for the 2026 World Cup. Create or join groups, predict match scores and compete with your friends in a ranking.
Read more βYes, the platform is free. Each group decides whether to play for fun or with a pot/prizes.
Read more βYes, with no limit. You can be in as many groups as you like and use global predictions or per-group custom predictions.
Read more βGo to Groups β Create group. Pick a name, emoji, prediction mode and whether you want a pot/prizes. An invite code is generated automatically.
Read more βShare the invite code or use the share button to generate a direct link. If you are an admin you can also bulk-import emails from a CSV in Advanced settings.
Read more βAdmins can change the name, configure prizes, define scoring, pick the prediction mode, bulk-invite users and delete the group.
Read more βYes, the admin can edit everything from Settings. Once the tournament starts (any match goes live or finishes) the pot, currency, scoring and prediction mode are locked. Name, icon, custom prizes and pot distribution stay editable.
Read more βIf the group uses "Phase by phase" and you already had global predictions, those count retroactively for matches that were already played. If the group uses "Full tournament", custom mode is enabled for you automatically and you cannot enter predictions for matches that already kicked off β only future ones. You will see a notice on the group page in either case.
Read more βFrom each group you can open the simulator and try hypothetical results for the remaining matches. While simulating, you see how the group ranking and the knockout bracket would change. It does not change your real predictions β it is for fantasizing/calculating scenarios. You can copy the simulation link and send it to another member so they see the exact same scenario.
Read more βGo to Predictions, pick a match, enter the score you expect and tap OK. The green β confirms it was saved.
Read more βGlobal predictions are entered once on /predictions and apply by default to all groups in "Phase by phase" mode. Custom ones are independent per group: you enter them inside the group and they only count there. The Global/Custom choice is per user and per group. In "Full tournament" groups, custom is required because you also have to fill the bracket.
Read more βYes, you can edit your prediction up to 1 minute before kickoff. After that it is locked and cannot be edited anymore, not even while the match is live.
Read more βEach prediction is locked individually 1 minute before its match kicks off. There is no per-phase lockout: only the match about to start is locked, the others remain editable.
Read more βPredictions from other group members are revealed when the match starts ("live" status). Before that, each person only sees their own. This prevents copying.
Read more βYou earn no points for that match. There is no penalty β you simply don't participate in that prediction.
Read more βThe default mode. One phase is enabled at a time: you start by entering the group stage, and when that round ends the next one unlocks for the knockout matches. More dynamic because you predict with fresh information from each round. You can use your global prediction or enter a custom one per group.
Read more βThe classic prode: you submit everything at once, before the tournament starts. You predict scores for the group stage + R32, R16, QF, SF, third place and final, and you also build a bracket choosing which teams advance at each knockout stage. Each correct bracket pick adds extra admin-configurable points.
Read more βBecause the global prediction only covers the group stage. In "Full tournament", in addition to the scores you submit a bracket per group (which teams advance at each phase). That's why the group flips you to custom automatically when you join, and the Global/Custom toggle is fixed on custom.
Read more βIn "Full tournament" you predict two things: the score of each knockout match (in Predictions) and the bracket β which teams advance at each phase, up to the champion (in Bracket). Each correct bracket pick adds extra points. In "Phase by phase" there is no bracket: when a round ends, the next one unlocks so you enter the scores with the teams that actually qualified.
Read more βThe group admin sets it when creating the group or later from Settings. Once the first match of the tournament starts, the mode is locked and cannot be changed.
Read more βYour default prediction for the group stage. Every group set to "Global" shares those predictions. If you want different predictions for a specific group, switch to "Custom".
Read more βA prediction independent for a specific group. It does not affect other groups or your global one. It is mandatory in Full tournament mode, and optional in Phase by phase.
Read more βTwo ways per match: nail the exact score (default +3 pts) or get the result/winner right without the exact score (default +1 pt). The admin can configure those values. In "Full tournament" groups, the bracket also awards extra points for each team you correctly pick to advance at each knockout stage (default 2/3/5/8/10 and 15 for the champion).
Read more βYou predict 2-1 and the match ends 2-1. You nailed the exact result.
Read more βYou predict 2-1 and the match ends 3-0. You missed the exact score but got the home win right. You earn correct-result points.
Read more βNo. If you get the exact score, you only earn the exact-score points (the result points are not added on top). It is one or the other.
Read more βFour tiebreakers apply in order: 1) most exact scores, 2) most correct predictions overall (exact + correct result), 3) best knockout bracket score, 4) earliest prediction submission (who entered their predictions first wins).
Read more βIt depends on the group config. Option 1: use the 90-minute score (penalties count as a draw). Option 2: use the final result after penalties (the penalty winner wins the match).
Read more βYes, from Settings β Advanced settings β Scoring. The admin can adjust how many points each hit is worth, how penalties are scored, and β in Full tournament β the bracket points per phase. Scoring is locked as soon as the first match of the tournament starts.
Read more βThree: no prize (for glory), a money pot (entry per person with a configurable split), or custom prizes (objects/experiences defined by the admin).
Read more βThe admin sets an entry fee per person. Money is pooled and split between the top finishers using configurable percentages (default 60/25/15 for the top 3).
Read more βYes. The admin can pick presets (Top 3, Top 2, Winner takes all) or configure a custom split with up to 6 positions.
Read more βInstead of money, the admin defines prizes per position: a TV, a speaker, a barbecue, anything. The prize for each position is shown in the ranking.
Read more βYes, the admin can change the amount and currency from Settings as long as the tournament has not started yet (no matches live or completed). If the group already has other members, saving prompts a confirmation and emails each one with the new amount and updated pending balance.
Read more βThe platform does not process payments. The admin handles collecting and paying out according to whatever the group agreed.
Read more βYes. When every group member has paid, the pot module, payment indicators on avatars and payment management are hidden automatically to keep the view clean.
Read more βYes. Tap any player's name or avatar in the ranking or in the revealed predictions to see their public profile with global stats.
Read more βOnly if you share a group with that person. You will see a tab in their profile for each shared group.
Read more βOn your stats you see each played match with your prediction vs. the actual result, the points you earned, and a visual indicator: green (exact), blue (correct result), red (wrong), gray (no prediction).
Read more βYes. Anyone can see the schedule without signing up.
Read more βBy phase: Groups, R32, R16, QF, SF, third place and final. You can filter by phase from the matching tab. Within the group stage you also see the standings updated in real time.
Read more βYou can sign up with Google, Apple or email. It's instant.
